‘We offer you exclusive and very spacious apartments near the most beautiful beach in Africa with high-quality furnishings and functioning technology for maximum comfort. Almost 100% of the electricity comes from our own photovoltaic system and internet is available via fibre optic connection (LAN) and fast Wifi. If required and by prior arrangement, you can also take advantage of our free shuttle service to the beach (approx. 900 m) or to the golf course (approx. 9 km). Telephone numbers for taxi, tuktuk or motorbike are listed in the information folder. There you will also find sample prices for the corresponding vehicles, which we have negotiated with the drivers.
Our Apartments
We have
- three apartments with two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, a living room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony (12 m x 3.50 m). The total living space (including balcony) is approx. 180 m2 (1,940 sq. ft.),
- three apartments with one bedroom and en suite bathrooms, living room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony (6 m x 3.50 m). The total living space (including balcony) is approx. 90 m2 (970 sq. ft.)..

Booking of Safaris
Based on our own experience and that of experienced agents, we can provide you with excellent support when booking safaris. In addition to the costs, it's also important to consider that some areas can only be reached by plane from Ukunda airport, while others can be reached by Land Cruiser.
Private Chef
Do you require a chef or a grill master for special occasions? We are happy to arrange qualified staff for you. Payment is made directly to the chef/grill master.

Cleaning Service
The apartment rental includes daily cleaning (including dishwashing). We use a steam cleaner for floors and glass surfaces, which kills almost all viruses and bacteria and requires no detergents. A washing machine is available in each apartment.

Wow, it was really great to spend our holiday there. The complex is brand new, which is immediately apparent from the modern, spacious design and high-quality furnishings. Everything is immaculate and in perfect condition, and the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired.
A particular highlight is the huge pool, which is located under the enormous, 400-year-old baobab tree – and provides a breathtaking backdrop, especially at dusk.
The most beautiful beach in Africa is very easy to reach, and we also enjoyed using the free shuttle service on a regular basis.
The atmosphere in the apartment complex is extremely friendly and informal, and you immediately feel welcome there. Jo and his team are always approachable and helpful. Zipporah deserves a special mention for offering a great service with extremely affordable taxi rides (including an airport transfer) and always providing valuable tips on restaurants and leisure activities.
The evening spent with Jo and his guitar in the complex's beautiful park was particularly enjoyable – a great opportunity to sing together and chat in a relaxed atmosphere.
I can highly recommend this apartment and am already looking forward to my next stay!
